EcoStewards Alliance (ESA), was founded in 1994, and is a 501(c)(3), not-for-profit, grass roots, membership organization and will be ceasing operations in the summer of 2010.  ESA was created with the belief that a person’s outer actions are guided by their inner beliefs and with that in mind our programs were developed to encourage personal exploration of what is really important to each of us and how we can make our everyday choices mirror those convictions. We put this belief into action in three ways: 

We informed.  Our programs and events helped you explore the many shades of ‘green’ and help you find the shade that best suits your situation.  

We awakened.  We helped you find your place in the regional web of life and asked you to consider what being part of a larger community of living things entails.

And lastly, we engaged.  We asked community members to link hand and heart by offering your time, muscle and expertise in service to the places where you live.  

If you are visiting our web site, it is likely that you are on a journey to ‘green’ your life and if so, we hope you will find material here that will assist you in that regard.  While we will no longer be offering outreach programs, this web site will remain on line as a resource and inspiration for those who come to visit.
