The Chesapeake Watershed is a unique and wonderful treasure and the watershed within which most of the ESA’ Community lives – it’s our common ‘home.’  When we ask you to be an EcoSteward and to embrace ‘eco-centric’ living, it is the Bay Watershed in general and your home watershed in particular that we are asking to keep in mind as you make your daily choices.   Any action you can take at home, work or school – no matter how small or insignificant it might seem – on behalf of this wonderful place is supporting directly or indirectly the health of this region, building and strengthening your connections to the place where you live, and modeling ‘eco-stewardship’ within your immediate community (‘walking your talk’).

ESA offers you a variety of ways to be of service:  volunteering your time and skills; volunteering your time and muscle; and supporting us with a donation so that we can keep spreading our ripples of change ever outward through the Chesapeake region.
